How to store
Rustic loaves
All bread are carefully made, without additives and preservatives.
Day 1 - 2
Our rustic loaves will keep well at room temperature in an unsealed paper/muslin bag (if sealed, moisture from inside the loaf will soften the crust)
Day 3 - 5
Best enjoy reheated, in the oven or toaster.
Mist the bread. Then reheat at 170 - 180 degrees Celsius, 4 - 5 minutes (do make sure the oven temperature has reached the required temperature before putting the bread in the oven, if not, the oven will dry out the bread before it starts properly reheating)
Freezer friendly
Our loaves are freezer friendly. Before freezing, slice and store in airtight container and the bread will keep for up to a month. When ready to enjoy, just pop a slice in the toaster/oven 200 Celsius 6 - 8 minutes depending on size.
Do not refrigerate as it will cause bread to stale much faster.

How to store
Buns or soft loaves
Day 1 - 2
We highly recommend finishing the soft buns/loaves within the first 2 days of purchase. Keep them in a sealed container at room temperature & avoid direct sunlight. They will be kept well in the packaging that comes with it.
After Day 2
You can store the buns in the freezer and consume within 1 week.
Buns are best enjoyed reheated. Mist the bread before reheating.
From room temperature, 170 - 180 degree Celsius around 3 - 4 minutes
From freezer, 180 - 190 degree Celsius around 8 - 10 minutes
Do not refrigerate as it will cause bread to stale much faster.
